very cold weeks in the northeast

it was something that was so simple, yet so captivating....
cold, cold weeks
I always wanted to catch the frozen spectacle during the sunlight hours but never got around to making that happen...... so after long days at work I felt it was my duty to capture it as many times as I could...warmer days were ahead....
I could have endlessly watched, admired, and photographed this subject !!
and then I went back one day and it was beginning to melt....
